Danish Kroner

Today I bought things with Danish kroner for the first time and received my first Danish coins.

Here in Denmark the wild wind blows with enthusiasm and frolics with my hair.

I visited the Natural History Garden in Copenhagen January 28th which has everything from multiple species of yew trees to cacti, and early blooming flowers.

Stevns Klint where you can see the “fish clay” a thin layer of sediment formed when the dinosaurs died. The white chalk cliffs are embedded with flint. Due to the softness of chalk relative to flint the beaches are primarily composed of flint. I visited with my core course “Glaciers and Human Impact: Icelandic Climate Change Case Study” for our short study tour.
